Neomorphism is not only a next step along the lines of affordances and can simply increase usability, but I think it also reflect the growing need for experiencing the "real" in the digital world. Maybe boosted by effects of the pandemic, loss of social interactions & an increase in the use of digital.

The cross-platform trends can really expands a whole lots of possibilities to make the design suitable not only for mobile phone but also other interfaces. The other trends while not new also gives lots of insight. Definitely nice information here 😊
