It might appear to be a magical art form, but a lot of it is made up from logical rules or guidelines like the ones we just learned.

I feel like there are a lot of people who are intimidated by design and who feel like they don't "have an eye" for it. Breaking UI down into a science makes it seem a lot less scary. Great read!

Good read! Clear structure and explaining every ”rule” in a separate paragraph step by step. That’s how it should be done.

Depending on the font used, but I usually use line height 1.33 or 1.4. Mostly because it fits my design systems, but mainly because higher makes the text feel disjointed. Otherwise, great points. Maybe more info about gaps could be interesting.
