Write a response

Get the user to consider what they either love or hate about your product (or both) then ask them to write the product a letter to tell it how they feel.

This really makes me feel gleeful! I love this idea!
Next time I can test something, I will give this a try.

Really great article on different ways of gathering user research and understanding what they like and dislike. Also what was surprising for me was how simple, cheap and easy these methods are to conduct. Great read.

These are great. I find that old fashioned observation of the user as they are using the product is still most effective way. No ceremony, no need to explain what the expectations are…
