FIRM: Mario is a small business owner with multiple pizza stores across the city.

TARGET CUSTOMER: ‘City’zens, Pizza fanatics, Pizza experimenters, Foodvloggers & possibly anyone in the city.

PERSONA: Generational (Kids, Adults, Senior Citizens), Male and Female.

GOAL: Create an online pizza ordering website for Mario’s Pizzas, where a customer can order a pizza from any of
the multiple locations.

MISSION: Guide the customer through the pizza ordering process and upsell add-ons (like wings, soda, etc) without
sounding salesy.
