Designarchy Vol. 19
Why Designarchy?
Because inspiration and creativity can’t truly be governed, we creatives often face time and feedback constraints that keep us from fully embracing the freedom of true artistry. Yet, the process inside our minds — the split-second decisions about which direction to take and what to create, guided by instincts we can’t fully explain — is a black box no company culture can ever own or control. Since this mysterious process forms the foundation of everything we do as designers, I wanted to honor it by changing the list’s name as a reminder.
Your deliverables are the product of your inner mind, which feeds your taste and craft. Elevate those, and you elevate your abilities. All the software in the world won’t improve your taste.
Pro tip: use the cmd + f to find the inspiration you need faster. For example: “Portfolio inspiration”
1. Landing page — Paraworker (formerly Operator)
I kicked off the list with Paraworker, who told me all I needed in a minimal, 2 sections landing page. That’s all you need.

2. Landing page — Atlas card
This reminds me of the card for the rich landing page, where the right spacing and attention to asset quality are superior.
Scrolling the entire page takes forever, but in this case, it feels like a nice journey that balances text and visuals nicely and you keep scrolling, enjoying.

3. Time zone converter
Converting time zones is always a tough nut to crack, but this website did it simply, and with a super modern UI. Highly recommend it if you need this in your day-to-day.

4. Photography — Billy Wu
This photographer from Japan takes the iPhone 14 Pro Max to its own max, with a stunning collection of photos. Check out his other collections if you’re looking for modern, stylish photography references.

5. Color experiments — Jerry-Lee Bosmans
This Netherlands-based visual designer is experimenting with color and each experiment is more inspiring the the other. Check it out.

6. Aoi Mono — Font by AN Górski
If you are in a futuristic type project or looking for that ultra-modern robotic techno feel, this font is a good start for you.

7. Monthly Artist — Samba Diop
This artist and filmmaker combines his interest in culture and cinematography through short-form and long-form narrative pieces.
He works with the biggest brands in the world (Nike, Netflix, Warner Bros) so if you are looking for a fresh shot inspiration, this is the spot.

8. Product design — Work Louder
If you don’t know this company, (hello Mike Di Genova), are you really in tech? this Montreal-based tech company makes products for people, inspired by a version of themselves sometimes forgotten — playful, versatile, and above all else, creative.
Amazing moto, and amazing products (I think, I haven’t tried them yet)

9. Monthly Artist — Mat Voyce
Not sure what’s cooler, Mat’s projects or the supper interactive and animated website design (By Uncommon). This Type-Designer & Animator worked with major brands like Nike, Google ESPN, Disney, and more. scroll through his website for purse fun and movement.

10. Adrian Zumbrunnen — Design at Apple
Lastly, if you're looking for portfolio inspiration or high-quality references, this Switzerland designer has it all. I recommend you read the articles too!
Shoutout Adrian Zumbrunnen
