Great article about the meeting of both worlds. I have an UX background and recently finished a full stack dev program. Now, I clearly see the limitations on both sides. I’m trying to get my dev colleagues to understand the UX process and inform how important it is for them to be part of it.

their needs and current behavior, the context in which they will use the product,

Also their emotions and feelings

Great article, thank you!
This is close to our way to work in my scrum team. Working together help us to grown up and to have the all team engaged.
During the implementation, do you give some support as well to your dev? Sometime be like “pair/design programming” can save a lot of time!
