Principles of Human-Centered Design- Part II

In part one of this series, I wrote about the Principles of design thinking. If you haven’t yet, you can read my first post here:

Every day we interact with thousands of objects. It will be a computer, coffee cup or mobile phone, etc. But at all times it's not easy to design. Therefore, Don Normand introduce a new concept for the design. It is designed for everyday things. In that book, he mentions; how design serves as the communication between object and user, and how to optimize that conduit of communication in order to make the experience of using the object pleasurable. In there I understood the major concept is the Human Center design (HCD).
