Challenge
Rescope the real problem
Design a calendar flow and interface that is smart enough to suggest meeting times, accounts for changing time zones, and is proactively working for Valentina to make sure she is always on time for her meetings. The proposed solution has to be mobile-friendly and has to use viable technologies from today.

Research
What is time zone?
A time zone is a region of the globe that observes a uniform standard time for legal, commercial, and social purposes. Time zones tend to follow the boundaries of countries and their subdivisions instead of longitude, because it is convenient for areas in close commercial or other communication to keep the same time.
The term time zone can be used to describe several different things, but mostly it refers to the local time of a region or a country.
Approach
We first understand and see the user problem and dig into it. After that we define the design goals of the problem and make the framework by approaching the goals of the user problems.
User Personas
About
Valentina leads sales and business development for a Fortune 500 company. She travels 3 out of 4 weeks in the month, and when she travels, it’s almost always internationally. Between all her travel to different time zones and a busy meeting schedule in different cities.
Goals
- She travel around the world for work almost 2–3 weeks of month.
- During work she manage meetings in different cities and time.
- I actually calculate time and work by using different apps simultaneously.
- In she final don’t want to check the different apps for scheduling the meetings and mails.
Pain Points
- Missed meetings and inconvenient meeting timing due to incorrect time calculations in different time zones.
- Going back and forth from communicating over email with the client and scheduling/attending a meeting from a different app.
- Keeping track of time zones between various origin, connecting and destination cities.
User Journey
We done the user persona and see how was the user journey. Now we can look at the problem that user facing and make a concrete base for developing the framework on it.
Wireframes
I brainstorm the ideas, user feedback and analyze the user interview to look out the reality on ground and after the brainstorming session of sketching I found out the best way and Visualize into Low fidelity wireframes

Features
The all third party app is linked to on app that help user not to checking different apps and reduce the time. If user created the events in different app this app automatically sync and showed in notification where the event created.
The google map is linked with this application that help user to show the location automatically by checking the travel time and other location info
The time and complexity to check the different timezone and comparing with the default one now get decreased. The user device and cognition time is now decreases.
The notification and alert popup on the home screen remind the user that the state of user is now change and increase the awareness.
The creating new event and meetings the slider UI help to compare and setting up the meetings by reduce the confusions.
Automatic detection of timezone by changing the location to different country and when scheduling a proposed meeting/traveling to an abroad office.

We reduce the complexity of the application that help user to be more productive and giving them options for a one problem make this system versatile. By doing Heuristics evaluation I find that system is doing well for
Understanding:
· there is consistency in the design. Using familiar metaphor and language make easy to understand and Clear and functional design make user more active
Action:
· In the system the user is free to do anything like can customize the interface as per the need and change the interface theme this help user to provide freedom in the personal space.
· The system can adopt the default requirement of enviorment and setup by itself and system sync other third party app to make system more flexible.
Feedback:
· If the location changed or the device state changed the system show the popup to confirm the changed timezone.
· Notification to showup in changing the meetings and other info in schedule can help user updated and never missed the events/meetings.
· In starting of first time of application the tutorial will start make user educate about the application/sytem
· The system work on cloud so if the device lost or missed can check the info by login on other device.
