Since Chatbot released on our platform, we found the inquiry for customer service drops. Also, we observed there are some issues addressed. This phenomenon made us wonder, do we create a great user experience for chatbot users?

Chatbot is a bot with Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing which allows users to interact with as they have a conversation with customer support. And of course, the release of chatbot is for solving user’s problems…
