Top 15 Search Github UI Libraries and Components [Java & Swift]

Most apps that have a significant amount of content/products/items stored on the back-end, at some point have to filter the content, make it easy to find and present to the users of the app. Here is when search features come into play. In most cases, the search represented as a bar where the user can type the search query. And then the back-end responds with a list of the search results. While it seems like a simple element of the user interface, the search feature can have dozens of edge cases (e.g., no results, suggested results, recent search, no internet connection, etc.). All of them have to be considered during the design process.

We dig into Github archives and found some search UI libraries that we’d like to present:
